Our team is dedicated to making your experience at our Charleston medical spa as comfortable as possible. At Body By Design, we are ready to help you find the body or facial rejuvenation treatment that best suits your needs. We are here to answer any questions you have before your appointment.

Financing Your Appointment

In terms of financing the services we offer, we can arrange a simple, personalized payment plan for you. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks. For any of your financing questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office today.

Checking In

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment time. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment in order to accommodate other guests fairly.

Etiquette At Our Medical Spa

For the consideration of others, we request that clients keep noise to a minimum. Children are welcome at our spa, but please let us know when you are scheduling so that we may accommodate your request. Additionally, please turn your cellphones or other electronic devices off or on silent mode while visiting our medical spa.

Protect Your Valuables

The management team and staff at Body By Design accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables in any kind brought into the spa premise.

Our Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $45 cancellation fee, which will be applied to any service.

Refund Policy

For Services
There are no cash/credit back refunds. If management determines that compensation is appropriate, the client will receive an in-house gift card for an estimated dollar amount.

For Products
There are no refunds on opened or unopened products unless a physician determines a medically-proven allergic reaction. At which time, the product needs to be returned to Body By Design within 15 days of purchase.
